Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@slabghost.com and we'll send you instructions and a return label. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@slabghost.com and we'll make it right.

Custom Orders Custom color or logo orders are made to order and are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original once approved and place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lifetime Warranty Every SlabGhost frame is covered against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If your frame breaks or fails under normal use, we'll replace it. This warranty does not cover damage to cards, slabs, or frames resulting from misuse, drops, or accidents.
